Default wondering whats goin on...

Heres the deal I have a 98 SS M6 with 63.5k on the clock.... it supposedly has the stock clutch in it still. The clutch is SUPER heavy I mean I have to nail it to push it in... and it grabs wayy up top... does this sound stock to you?? Also when shifting into third gear I have to hold the shifter up in the gear until I let the clutch out to make it stay in, it sometimes still pushes my hand outta the way and pops out, usually only in 3rd.... also pretty much every time I start the car up especially if I dont let it warm up for a long time, it shakes ALOT coming outta first and sometimes hesitates a little bit and then jumps.... only when I first start it up though... thanks for any help - darren
