Default 408 Stroker, trans????

Have an A4 right now pretty built, but am considering going T56, this is an everyday driver, and I have always thought about going 6 spd for the fun factor...i go to the track maybe once a month if that. I also dont know if this 4l60 will take the beating of the stroker. Who thinks I should keep the auto or go with T56????? Things I am considering are> fun factor, high speed pulls, and longevity. The downside is, auto can be nice in traffic and should produce a better ET right?

I know this has been discussed before, but just looking for opinions here...are more of you dying to switch to A4, or would you never give up the T56? It seems like I am thinking reverse of what most guys think...i see a lot of M6 guys going Auto...

I don't know what kind of power you're making but the 4L will live behind 500-600 rwhp, my previous SS did. My car has a T56, but there's no way I would have converted a 4L car to a t56 car. An auto car is the better all around car. IMHO.
