PN Throwout bearing connection

I need to buy the hose connection which goes onto the throwout bearing on a LS1 T56 gearbox. Does anyone know the part number?

The hose is not available without purchasing the entire master cylinder. Thanks GM for that.

I have a used master cylinder that is faulty...I'll sell you the hose with the drill mod already done if you want it. PM me.
