Default Ultimate M6?

What upgrades are available for M6s? Is there such a thing as a bullet proof transmission?

Thanks, Shawn

g-force is the way to go for something close to bulletproof.if not you can get steel forks, carbon fiber blocker rings, and sh-t like that.that stuff wont nessasary make it stronger but will make land longer, shift better, etc.also you could go and it cryogenics that will alittle stronger

The main thing that wakes these tranny's go is the weak slider keys. They break and jam up and break **** in side causing a chain reaction. If the tranny is good all you need is a set of billet slider keys and a steel 3-4 shift fork and the carbon fiber blocker rings. I upgraded mine to the billet slider keys and the steel 3-4 shift fork before **** broke at about 850 miles on the car. I only race the car so it is only driven very hard power shifting at 7000 everytime and have had no issues. G-force will sell you all the parts to build a very strong tranny, I got all my parts threw them. The billet slider keys are the main upgrade you want to stick with, make sure you go with billet slider keys or your wasting your money

I agree on the billet slider keys... those were the centerpiece of my recent tranny tear down and build up.

G-force will sell you just the slider keys if thats all you need, the parts are cheap , for the keys around $75. but you have to find someone to do the tranny, see if you can talk a tranny shop guy into doing it on the side, if your slick enough you should be able to talk him into it. The guy I had do it only charged $100 bucks. I brought him the tranny on a wednesday night, he ripped it down right there, we saw what parts we needed(billet keys and a steel shift fork to be safe) I ordered the parts next day ,got the parts friday dropped them off that night, picked up the tranny sat.morning at 9:00 done driving the car sat. night. He banged it out quick
