I am looking to get a new shifter, but don't know which one to get!!! I have been leaning towards a B&M Ripper or a Hurst shifter, but I need some help???? Any recomendations would be very helpful!!

I love my ripper,much better then the factory hurst w/short stick.

I recommend the Hurst Billet Plus with a Lou's Short Stick . It's not the same as the factory Hurst.
