who has the best t-56 rebuild kit

time to rebuild my corvette t-56. who has the best rebuild kit. i see people say carbon Synchronizer Rings is this carbon fiber? what really need to be replaced? im going to put the 300m main shaft and 3-4 steel shift fork. any thing else i need? this is for a car with 800 rwhp +
p.s. im asking about the tranny. the rest of the car ie rear end motor ect is built.
