Having a lot of problems making the 4 to 3 downshift at high rpms. I heel toe rev match and it still wont go in. Spec 2 clutch, aluminum flywheel, LS6 master and slave.
Getting into reverse is difficult also. Even after aliging synchros in 1st, its hard to slip into R.
Is this indicative of a failure or worn part? Does this have to do with the bent fork issue?

Gallitin- thanks for info.
When I first got the car used, rear was a bitch and I discovered the backup light switch was broken. I installed a new switch and reverse got a little better but still takes some clutch play to get it in. Ocassional grinding if not perfect.
Looks like its time to rebuild, is there a FAQ on what viper parts to swap?

Thanks Artic- might be both fork and syncro. R is always hard and obviously at low RPM. 3rd is "OK" below 3000 RPM, but still takes some time. Above 3K it sucks.
What about aftermarket higher strength components? I have been known to abuse the car at open track events. I cant find any sponsors that sell viper/higher strength parts.
