have a 98 Z28 with 42,000 on it. it is a 6 speed how often should the trans fluid be changed and what fluid is the best. Also my clutch just went so i got a centerforce stage 2 put in but now i am having another problem with it after only about 500 miles and my synchros are shot how much do synchros usually run for these cars please help
