Default Quick Question about McLeod Adjustable Master Install

I put my clutch in about 2 years ago and late last year the pedal slipped... When I put it in I had a terrible time getting the supplied nuts (locking) to actually go on so I think I ended up putting them about half way in. Well it looks like it settled out.

I put the bolt head facint the outside and the nuts on the inside and I litterally can't turn them. I am starting to suspect they are the wrong size or something.

anyone else have this happen?

Can't help you there. My newer Mcleod M/C came with 2 bolts, lock washers, and the mounting surface of the M/C was threaded. No nuts at all. Both bolts went in from the interior through the firewall and into the M/C. Maybe they changed the design for this reason?? I noticed on InstallUniversity that they reused the stock U-bolt-----mine would not even work because the holes in the M/C were threaded.
Good Luck .

now I'm wondering if I used the wrong bolts or not.... hmmm
I hope I didn't do that and strip it out.
