That reall depends on what your mods are. If you are stock, the basic LUK should work fine (its equal to a z06 clutch). If you have a small/medium cam with boltons and plan on racing your car at the track, you will want to run a clutch that is stronger. I really don't think the LUK clutches are worth the money though. But that is just me.

You can look up the exact torque ratings, but a bolt on car probably only needs the regular Z06 and a car pushing 400 rwhp should have the Pro Gold. Search on Luk Pro Gold and you'll find contacts to order either one.
