Sometimes tracking down little stuff like that can turn into a nightmare.

Shifter Shaking like... Alright, this previous weekend we installed my kooks longtubes/tsp dual exhaust/ls6 intake manifold, anyways, after we took it out, in 5th and 6th gear while in low rpms and i put some on the gas(like highways speeds in 6th gear), it shakes back and forth a LOT, i'm wondering is this just cause i'm at such low rpms and the exhaust is so shaky or somethin, or what? and once iget up to/over 2k rpms its perfectly fine....
p.s. What clutch's would you suggest for my setup once my current one dies out?

although it is kinda wierd that it just started happening after the install, an easy thing ot check/replace is the trans mount. you just have to get under your car, support the trans, and remove the trans support bracket and there it is.
I'm going to bet you cracked the porcelin on a spark plug. It really sounds similar to how an LT1 would act if you got a couple wires backwards on the opti (been there done that), which was a couple cylinders not firing right.
At idle, try spraying each primary with water one at a time. The water should burn off almost immediately as the cylinder fires, if it fires.
