second gear help!!

going into gear it kicks it out and grinds, when it does go into second its hard to get out...any experiances and reccommendations?? anyone know? help plz!

You probably have a really bad syncro ring along with a bad 1-2 shift fork . I'd take care of it before to much grinding and you mess the gear up itself .
