Default good clutch for oldschool?

I don't own a f-body, but out of all the sites i'm on I figured someone could help on this one. I'm looking to put a jerico 4-speed in my chevelle due to iran it this weekend with a 125 shot and broke a u-joint, broke both top ears off my M-22, and the bottom half of my bellhousing is missing. what clutch would you guys recommend? It will be on 175 shot when I install the new tranny, right now I estimating it at around 600/630 all motor. it will be at the track alot after the install...any help is greatly appreciated (sp?)
