Vibration At high speeds.

Vibration At high speeds. Hey everyone, this is my first post for forgive me if i make stupid mistakes.
OK, this is the problem: i have a vibration at speeds between 85-92 mph only in sixth gear. I have attempted to get the same vibration in fifth gear at same speeds but does not happen. I attempted to get the vibration in other gears at same rpm as in sixth but no vibration. this is where the story gets really messed up. the dealship removed the tranny to replace rear main. when the guy put it back in the driveshaft was put in 180 degrees from original. the vibration went away and a whirling type noise was present. the driveshaft was switched back and the vibration came back. they refused to fix it because, "you should not be driving that fast anyway." So i called gm pitched a fit and they gave me a 6 year 100,000 warranty to cover it if the problem ever come out at speeds under 70 mph.
2002 z28 The brake system and suspension have all been upgraded but no drivetrain changes.
