I gotta vote for the B&M. I believe the name "Ripper Shifter" says it all. If someone asks you, what kind of shifter do you have? What would you rather say?..."I have a pro 5.0" OR you could tell them you have a "Ripper Shifter" Seriously though, I love my B&M, it is a great shifter.

Stock hurst no rubber bushing WS6 store short stick. Works good, but I'd like to try a ripper.

I'll be the different one then

I went from stock to a Pro 5.0, Lou's Short Stick, and a Hurst Leather **** thingy. I liked it, but had trouble slamming 2nd and 4th gear (my hand would hit the console a lot, just the way I shift I guess). I sold them off, went back to stock, and I now shift better with stock than I did with that combo. Should have spent the money elsewhere to begin with

i have a pro 5.0 with lss and this shift **** in black but when i shift into 2nd it's so low that it's about 2-3mm away from hitting the console. This doesn't leave much room for my hand. So i have to put the stock hurst **** back on when i drive it. Too bad because i really like the ****

Breaking the trend, I run a Kirban shifter/stick with the factory leather ball ****. Works well but I am eventually going to buy a Pro 5.0. My buddy's coughMustangcough has a Pro 5.0 and it's the best part of his car!!!

I still have the stock Hurst. If I could do it different, a Pro-5.0 would have been my first mod. I've missed 3rd too many times and now it will sometimes pop out of 3rd. Had I gotten a Pro-5.0, I likely wouldn't have to rebuild my tranny now.

I've seen those everynow and then on a few sponors sites, just never heard of anyone using them. Looks like a nice piece however.

I also run a Kirban with the stock hurst shift **** in my formula. I personally prefer the feel of it over the pro5.0 and the ripper. Everybody always comments on how they like the feel of my shifter also.
