Default Clutch engagment point?

I just had a RAM HD clutch installed on my TA and am not sure if something is wrong.
The engagment point is very close to the floor where my old clutch 106K miles engaged at about half way. Isnt a new clutch supposed to engage higher?

I am also experiencing a bit of chatter which I think may be normal till its broken in.

Im also have a P0327 code (knock sensor) can this be caused by the chatter?

Im starting to think a stock clutch would have been the way to go.

A new clutch will have a low engagment point. Does the pedal feel normal? Not mushy or alot of freeplay? Otherwise it will wear in & the point will move up a little. The P0327 is another problem that you need to adress. Chatter is not causing that code.

The pedal feels normal I am just not used to it being so low, also the chatter.
I always thought a new clutch engaged high.
