stuck in 4th gear

stuck in 4th gear for some reason my t-56 keeps getting stuck in 4th gear. I can put it in reverse and my reverse lights will come on but when i try to move it bogs down like its stuck in two gears at once. Last time I had to tear it down and it looked like it was in 4th and 1st at the same time. I thought I had it fixed but it just happened again, about three weeks later. If anyone knows of anything like this happening to some one else, let me know b/c I dont know whats going on.
IF it is stuck in 4th and you can select another gear, you have some serious problems. A broken fork/ linkage or severely damaged bearings are most common ways to get two gears at once. I suppose it could be due to mis-assembly as well.

You have a broken slider key. When you have it fixed go with a set of billet slider keys.You can order parts from G-force transmissions
