No second....Did i blow a syncronizer?

Default No second....Did i blow a syncronizer?

AS stated second gear is barely there I can't shif into while I'm moving and barely can when still. Grinds terrible. What happened?

Syncro is rounded more than likely. It happens. Dont try to force it too much. It will end up costing you alot more.

so what I needa to jus drop the tranny and have a new synchronizer put in?

Well to start off your better off buying a basic rebuild kit. While your in there replace the 3 and 4th shift fork with a steel one. You might need the 1-2 Synchronizer Assembly and inspect your 2nd gear. All these parts can be found at www.thegearbox.org If you dont know take it to someone who does. You wont know till you open it up
