NEED HELP on bleeding master cylinder

I agree I have been trying to bleed mine for 2 weeks now and I really don't wanna take it to the shop

Are you sure? I think ur confused bro here is a quote from installuniversity.com

"Check the reservoir again and top off if needed. Hold the clutch pedal to the floor and open the bleeder valve until the fluid flow slows way down. Release the clutch pedal and check the reservoir level. Top it off as needed. Press the clutch pedal again to the floor and hold it while opening the bleeder valve. Repeat this process until you get the normal feel back in the clutch pedal. We ended up just pumping my clutch pedal 30 or so times over and over until the feel came back to the pedal. "

Yep, I'm wrong. Gotta stop posting while I'm at work and only paying half-attention. Thanks for clearing that up-- I usualy pride myself in not junking up boards with wrong info, but today I'm guilty.

Yes it is supposed to be able to angle away like that. The end of the rod is round and there is a dimple in the centre of the piston in which it goes. The item holding it straight is the rubber boot.

Don't you people take anything apart to see how it works?

Yeah it is supposed to be loose like that...you should be able to move it around like you show with the arrows...it has to be able to move around like that with the pedal travel...

EDIT: Oops didnt see above....well this is just to reconfirm the above reply...
