Default LT1 T56 in a LS1?
I just want to know would a 96 T56 fit in a 2000 SS? Like all the parts for a conversion, would they all fit?

an lt1 tranny will not fit in an ls1 car, the input shafts are different lenghts, but you can conver the trannies, you need a new input shaft and and front plate, i think thats all i had to change

The clutch housings are also different( need to be swapped)
