Just bought a 98 WS6 about a month ago and wanted some info on a Pro 5.0 shifter. I wanted to know if it was an actual short throw before i went and bought one. If so how much shorter than stock and how well does it work. Thanks.

 

Not a shorter throw than stock, but it is a different feel. Easier to make shifts than with the stock shifter. If you just want a shorter throw, buy a short stick for the stock shifter and save a few bucks. Also, use the search function, it's very helpful for questions that have been asked several times such as this one.
