Default Is this my Clutch grinding?

I recently had SLP SFCs welded in and after that I started hearing a nasty grinding sound under the front Passenger side. I re-tightened the LCAs and still hear grinding. So last night, I put it in 1st, and slowly started letting the clutch out while holding the brake so the car's standing still, and about halfway out I started hearing that grinding sound. Due to my car not moving when it acted up is there still a possibilty that it could be my gears? I think it's the clutch/ tranny but not sure. Any input you guys can give would be greatly apppreciated.
I leave Tues for my 3rd trip to Iraq, so I'm right about now, I'm super friggin' pissed at my car

Edit: BTW the clutch is just over a year old (centerforce, w/ aluminum flywheel)
