Help!!
Ok, I'm about to reinstall everything such as clutch and new flywheel etc. I see this little bearing looking thing that sits directly in the middle(looks like its on the crank) Well, it also seems as if my clutch came with a new one of those ? What do i do ? heh

You need a pilot bearing puller. You can rent them from AutoZone, but typically the ones from AZ are too big to fit in the hole. You can take a hammer & chisel, knock an notch in the pilot bearing, the little rollers will fall out, and then you can jam the AZ pilot bearing puller in there and 1-2-3 whacks and it's out.
You can get smaller pilot bearing pullers from a Snap On / etc truck that will work just fine (without notching), but AZ is the cheapest, since it's free.
Once you get the old one out, just tap the new one in using a hammer with a socket that's the same or slightly larger than the pilot bearing.
Do NOT use grease or wet toilet paper to try to pull it out (an 'old school trick' is to pack wet TP in behind the bearing and use the hydraulic pressure to press the bearing out). The LS1 crank is hollow, there's an oil gallery plug in the crank right there. All you'll end up doing is pushing the plug in to the oil pan... and that opens up a whole new can-o-worms. (yeah, personal experience there)
