I have the new Cartek clutch and mine is about 2-3 times stiffer then it was stock.
That really helps when you are power shifting because you can press the pedal down quickly and the added spring pressure helps re-engage the clutch faster when you yank your foot off of the pedal.
Works great.

I can probably deadlift 300+ on my left leg alone now since the install of the Mcloud (sp?)
Mcloud Centerforce
Replaced the Master and Slave.
Alum Fly
The clutch is *easy* to push in when the car is cold, but as it warms up it gets much harder. There is significant pedal resistance from the top to the bottom. Sure, the wife can't drive it now because the clutch is too hard, and it took some serious getting used to, but I have no slippage problems.
