Stronger...stock 4L60E or stock Clutch?

Stronger...stock 4L60E or stock Clutch? What will slip first if driven hard? I have fried both. They both are not very good. Put on some slicks, wheres the NOS, who would die first?

Re: Stronger...stock 4L60E or stock Clutch? If you know what you're doing, the stock 4L60E can handle 1.3x 60' times and well over 500 rwhp. Can't say that about the POS stock M6 clutch.

Re: Stronger...stock 4L60E or stock Clutch? My clutch could take abuse. But it could not take a little ol 75 shot. It freaks you out when the clutch is stuck on the floor <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

first 2 times it went never even had a set of sticky tires on the car and it was bone stock and even within 15,000 miles
