Default Stock Hurst Shifter....Mod?

Okay, I'm (hopefully) purchasing a 99 TA with a Hurst shifter tomorrow or Friday....

Should I get a Pro 5.0 shifter, or just get a short stick and keep the Hurst?

Thanks,

-Will

I did the short stick and hurst combo, for me it's perfect, took all the slop out of the shifts (getting rid of the rubber isolator on the stick) it shifts great, no excess noise (like you sometimes get with the pro 5.0) best of all it cost me $26 and 30 min.
Shifter feel is a matter of personal preferance, I like the one I have, you may not, but I figured if I didn't like it, it wasn't like I blew alot of money

just buy a short stick off ebay or ws6store...much cheaper than lou's and works exactly the same
