i have a stock 02 ws6 and i have no problem chirping 2nd, sometimes 3rd. but the way i see it, if your not chirping them your hooking up your tires which is technically better

Shift Faster. If thats not it then look for clutch slippage.

At first I thought I had a slipping clutch, cause I had a hard time chirping 2nd with bald tires..... I started shifting faster and there it is.

It's harder for me to get a chirp now with my meaty KDW's.... but every now and then when Im in the mood I can get her to do it.
