M6 guys I need a little help....
The car drives fine on the street and 60's like a bitch 1.57 but when I go to shift @ high RPMs no dice!
I think it may be the slave going bad or the T/O bearing hanging up.
I need some input.
I know it's definitely not a slipping clutch, because the car pulls both front tires 6" off the ground.
Thanks!

And where do you have the pedal engaging?
I have mine set to begin engaging 1/2 way through the travel and full engagement is 3/4 travel.
I don't know how much heat the fluid that Cartek uses can take but it seems like the fluid is boiling. On the street I can shift @ 6800 but @ the track it acts up especially with a big burnout.
What do you think?????

Remember to do the break in. 500 miles with alot of stop and go type driving or 500 engagements/disengagements.
Are you still coming for the spring change?

I'm hardly an expert, but I'll offer my .02 . It surely sounds like a disengagement problem. I would agree with the idea of raising the pedal. Just be carefull not to raise it to high. This is how I toasted mine. As far as the fluid, it is DOT5. When I did my lastest clutch I flushed the system with fresh and the bleed it well after doing the drillout. The bad part is the damn fluid is 11.00 a pint. It does't take much though.
Good Luck

AMEN to that
It might be a bent shift fork. I have someone local that can fix it.
