Where do you drill the cylinder?

You remove the line from the master and drill out the line. The restriction in the line is about 1" down from the connection to the master .

There was a multi-page article in High-Performance Pontiac with step-by-step photos and instructions just a month or so ago. Maybe you could find a back issue or online somewhere?
