Default Manual transmission installation

Ok, here is the story, I removed my tranny to replace the pilot bearing and clutch. Taking it out was easy, but it seems since there is no weight on the engine, it sits higher up and there is not enough room to re-install the tranny. Like the shifter hits in the back before the front is lined up (runnin out of room) so what is the trick? Can you prop the front of the engine up with a jack???

cool tip, this might help out and come into play a little later for me...as for now...the pilot bearing can kiss my white *** because it's a stupid bitch that deserves to get down there where it's smelly. Mother F'n piece of ****. Always one little bitch *** something like a pilot bearing to stop forward progress
