Clutch sticking to floor (step by step troubleshooting) hope this helps
Yes, I have the infamous clutch pedal sticks to the floor problem. Let me break it down for a quick response:
99 Z28 M6
02' slave and master
Luke Pro Gold Clutch
Aluminum Flywheel
everything only 5000 miles old
Under WOT, clutch will stick to floor and clutch is engauged (master not pushing fluid to slave to diengauge it?). I cannot shift at this point. After I pull the pedal from the floor and pump it back up, it works fine (unless I go WOT again). Under daily driving condtions, it works just fine.
I have blead the system and hooked the mity vac up to it and sucked air out. When the bubbles stop, I pump the clutch pedal and more keep coming out (bad seals in the master?). took to the shop that installed it and they pulled the master and blead it (according to them). once again the problem remained. I re mity vaced it and same thing happened as before.
Is this the master cylinder going to crap?
Need help asap due to it being my daily driver
Thanks
Robert

TROUBLE SHOOTING:
I blead the system and it did not fix it.
I bench blead the master and that did not fix it.
I performed the drill mod did and that did not fix it.
I replaced the master cylinder and that did not fix the problem.
next up is the slave cylinder
hope this is helping people out.
