Tranny finally swapped!

Tranny finally swapped!
After months of preparation, planning and dreaming I finally was able to get raid of the 4L60E and install a T56.
Since I know that cars have 4 wheels it was clear to me: a sport car has a stick! I „had“ to buy an A4 because almost every US cars here is automatic.
The complete swap kit included a Spec stage 2 clutch came from hawksthirdgenparts.com.
Carputing supplied a modified Edit program (for free!).
The VIN is the same as before.
Some issues are still open, but nothing really bad…
The slave cylinder is probably leaking (few drops every day).
The clutch is chattering a little and doesn’t disengage as it should (modifying the stock master cylinder helped a lot).
The differential ratio is too low (2.73).
A big thank you to everyone that helped me!

I still don't know if install a 3.42 or a 3.73 gears. Any suggestion?
The slave isn't leaking, it was just fluid from the bleeding
But the engine shakes and the clutch chatters a lot. I'll probably send the clutch assembly to a shop for resurfacing and balancing: I read different stories of Spec parts being warped or not balanced.
The swap kit was $2000, then add $700 for the clutch assembly, $50 for the crate, $30 for the ARP flywheel bolts, $800 for oversea shipping and few $ more for tranny lubricant, brake fluid and little things like that.

My spec clutch had quite a bit of chatter initially but it progressively went away with break in miles. After I did the swap I still had 3.23's in the rearend and that contributed to a lot of the chatter. Once I went to the 3.42's the car felt a lot smoother and definately woke up. I would have done 3.73's but I got too good a deal on a complete 3.42 rear end.

Once you installed the 3.42 did the chattering stop?
How can you describe the chattering? Mine comes from the tranny, not from the clutch. It's like the internals of the tranny would shake making a metalling noise.
Have you noticed more vibrations at idle once you installed the Spec flywheel?

I broke in the clutch for 500 miles of city drive with lots of stop and go. After that I beat on it hard a couple times and most of the chatter went away. It still chattered a little but I think that was due to the gearing. I also have a fidanza aluminum flywheel so it takes a little more to get the car moving due to less rotational mass. This also attributes to clutch chatter. I do still get some vibration and "tranny noise" but I also have a poly tranny mount and torque arm mount. Combined with the idle of my tr230 cam the car shakes pretty good.
