Default Questions on the 05 GTO T56

To be honest I do not know very much about the gto. So I am swapping an ls2/t56 into a 1st gen Camaro. I have the oppurtunity to get the ls2/t56 combo from an 05 gto. My question is The 05 Gto uses a some weird driveshaft and looks like it has a fixed yoke on the trans. Is it very difficult or even possible to make this trans use a slip yoke driveshaft? Any help will be appreciated

The splines on the drive shaft are the same as an LS1/LT1 trans. I have a 2000 Camaro SS we did a GTO transmission conversion on and it uses the stock yoke.

Thanks,
Amber
