T56 Pita... Again!! Since I replaced the slip yoke seal this tranny has been getting worse. I cannot get the seal to STOP leaking. I'm ordering a new one today after work. Yesterday, I was on it in 1-2, look in my rearview, I have a cloud of smoke behind me! The seal is pissing BAD now. All over my Y-pipe.
Go to take off (slowly) now the shifter is shaking in first!
Like a bent shaft.
Please tell me my tranny is not going out before my rearend. If I never wanted to replace a LEAKING seal, none of this would have happened!! I do a little preventive maintenence and it make **** worse!!
