Default Textralia ***update***

well...its now been a little over 4000miles on this clutch. i have well over 30 track passes on the hose and countless runs on the street and it shows no signs of giving up. this past sunday it helped me net a new personal best e.t and mph..11.65@128.08 60' still sucks comin in with a 2.03 but for a car thats not set up for drag racing, its pretty impressive. i love this clutch and so far am glad i spent the money.

just thought id share my good experiances so far since i was one of the first few guys to have one on this board.

props to Textralia!!

Impressive track times. nice to see that the car is running well. I was the one riding shot gun in the GTA you raced up in York. You all should come over again. There are a lot of new guys up here with some impressive cars.

thanx...we have been meaning to come back up but alot of things have occured. unfortunelty, im the only car in our "crew" thats still running. all the harris cars are currently down and they have been stacked with work with customer cars. at this point we'll probably have to wait till the weather breaks again next year to come up...or maybe before the end of the month if we can get some cars together.

spray comes on at 3k under wide open throttle...so i do spray in first gear but technically not right off the line. i launch around 3500, seems to be were i get the "best" launch even though my launches suck. and its on nittos. when im ready for a rear ill throw slicks and skinnies on it with the 10 bolt and have some fun..but right now if it goes ill be screwed..no money for a new one.

Yeah I figured it would be next year. The GTA is already off the road for the year and my car is getting ready to go under the knife. Hopefully you guys can make it up sometime around street rod weekend in the spring(around the end of may can't remeber exact weekend). This year we had several hunderd cars out that night. It was a lot of fun

Dam... yet another great review for Textrailia... if only I could afford one! Nice numbers, TNT! What does your car run w/ out the spray? Just curious as I'll probably be going with a similar setup to you.

off the juice i ran it to a best of 12.45@114.3..2.04 60'. with a better drive both n/a and juice numbers should be significantly lower i would think...but oh well...im happy regardless.

its just an update, im not sayin its the greatest thing in the world. when and if i gets up that high..ill post...it'll take me 4 years to put 10k miles on my car. 30 passes is about 22 more passes than i had on my spec when it decided to weld itself to the flywheel..
