Default Quick slave cyl question

I have a 98 Camaro SS and I have to replace my slave cylinder, my question is, does the 02 slave bolt right in, and do I have to use the 02 master cylinder with it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it is bolted in your transmission by 2 bolts. Un-bolt and re-bolt a new one in. You dont have to replace the master but for roughly $50 you can have a brand new 2002 master. Go down to Riebees(might be Napa there) and use a AAA discount. If you havent done it yet either, perfom the drill mod.

BTW the 2 bolts that hold the slave on should only be torqued down to 6 ft/lbs and use a little locktite on the threads.
