Default Exedy single disk questions

Hey all, anyone who has the Exedy single disk clutch, can you chime in as to its pros/cons, driveability issues, etc. I am the average track visitor who goes maybe once a month and the car is mostly a daily driver. thanks!

EDIT: I just found the Exedy you are talking about, GH01SD, looks like a awesome clutch.
