Default Any way we could have a sticky on LS7 clutch install?

I've been searching for some answers to some questions I had and am finding alot of other people asking the same questions and information scattered around in all kinds of different threads. And still not really finding all the answers. Actually finding things that are making me more confused.

Just something to cover things like exactly what parts are needed for different platforms / years with part numbers (especially since I'm finding some conflict there). Maybe some options of places to buy said components, options, etc. I found a thread a while ago with what I thought had all the info in it, wrote it down and now for the life of me I can't find it and the info I have written down isn't completely the same as what I'm seeing on here now.

Just thought it would be a good idea since it seems to be such a hot topic in here, and alot less threads asking the same questions with no answers.

Right there's one of the discrepancies I was referring to. I have 24236500 as the LS7 Clutch Kit. But I've seen it both ways. Is there a difference? Is one newer?
