Why is it that when it is cold outside and I start my car that I have to let it warm up for 15-20 minutes to be able to drive it? The clutch will not work and let me put it in gear and it is almost nonexistent when it finally does work.

 

Sounds like a clutch problem. The clutch is not completely disengaging so it won't go into gear.
