tranny help?

I just got my tranny rebuilt and got the car back and when i take off from a stop it bounces or hopes and i think that it might be the clutch or pressure plate. I have to take my foot completely off before it grabs and i am wondering if the clutch is gone and so is the pressure plate or the clutch is just so loose and needs to be tightened up. If anyone can help please let me know what you think it might be.

some clutches have "chatter" when there being broken in. and try using a mighty vac to get any air out

well i thought that it was in ok condition but i guess not. i really think that it could be the flywheel cause first gear is what gives me a problem from a stop cause it like jerks the car back and forth unless i take my foot completly off the clutch it won't do it.
