Default 400 miles of break-in on the new clutch setup, enough mileage to start ripping gears?

All my friends are egging me on to go to the track....I've got 400 miles on my new McLeod setup, and I've heard anywhere from 200 to 500 miles is a good break-in for a cluch, so am I alright to go to the track????

Let it rip.I waited 300.
@470 miles, Made 12 passes(4 sets of 3 hotlaps)
No problems.I was on non-hooking nittos though.
