t56 rebuild question i live in south central kentucky and i'm needing to get my t56 rebuilt. i've bought the kit from d and d performance, it's got everything but the actual gears... who could i get, that would be somewhat local, to rebuild it at a decent price? pm me plz... thnx

I think PatrickJoyce and Spinmaster on kyfbodies.org do rebuilds (they are in Louisville). I don't know if they can help with remove/install or if you care.
I went to RPMTransmissions(.com) in Indiana to get a built GTO (2.97 first) tranny they had on hand swapped into my Camaro. It's about a 2.5~3 hour drive from Louisville. It was definitely worth the trip.
