Default 1/2 way thru clutch install

Well it took two freaking days but I finally got the trans, bell housing, pressure plate, clutch and flywheel off the car. Some of the top bolts are a big PITA. And when I was taking off the bell housing yesterday I found that I snapped the wires that connects to the clip for the skip shift...oops Tried looking for new clips to go into the clip, but no luck. I think I will just butt connect the 2.2k ohm resitor to the wires, that should do the trick. Then to the bell housing man was that a PITA to break loose the pin on the passenger side was rusted which didn't help much. So today I will get the flywheel resurfaced and then next weekend will start putting everything back together. Wish me luck..I will fill you in on the results next monday...Michael

Good Luck with it....what kind of clutch did you decide to go with....I'm sure its something pretty beefy to handle the bottle...

Dont get discouraged. The 1st time i did it took me the same amount of time. The last time I did it, I started at 10:30am and at 1:30pm I was reinstalling the flywheel that I had just went and gotten turned!! Take your time and dont forget to locktite the pressure plate bolts. I did forget but hopefully it will be ok
