Default Step by Step directions on how to change my clutch?

Anyone have a link. I have a 2001 Z28 with a lid and Borla and free ram air. I have over 1000,000 miles and am starting to develop the sticky clutch pedal on spirited driving. I think i will replace the entire clutch and slave, too. I got 100K+ miles on stocker, so I think I will use the 2004 Z06 clutch parts, they worked fine the firast time, why fix what wasn't broke? Anyone have a link for directions and tricks/short cuts? Also, for those who have done it, how hard would you rate it and how long for a relative novice?

Oh, and a list of parts/fluids and tools, too please. Thank you in advance!
