Default What would worn master/slave sound like?

Have a strange noise coming from transmission/clutch. Clutch was replaced about 1500 miles ago with zo6 and flywheel along with pilot and trow out bearings. I did not do the slave/master upgrade like I should have. I could hear the sound before, like a supercharger winding, I replaced the clutch/flywheel, thinking that would solve the problem. Now the noise is still there, just not as loud. Sounds like a supercharger whine, and gets louder and faster while accelerating. When idling with clutch out, sounds like a ac compressor running. Is this the slave or master cylinders going out? All help is much appreciated.

If you did not inspect the trans internals, you may have missed an internal bearing isue. If you operated awhile with a bad pilot bearing( how did the end of the input shaft look?) it is likely you ave a damaged"pocket" bearing- the one placed between the input and output shafts.
