Default Tranny makes random metal clanging noises

Ever since i got my car out from the dealership puttin a new master/slave on it, it randomly makes this metal clanging noise in the tranny or so it sounds like. It sounds pretty bad like there is a piece of metal bouncing around in there, it does it on idle or WOT hot or cold.. Any one have any ideas or suggestions before i take it back to the dealership?
Thanks

I don't know if this is the same problem I had but mine did that once after I had a new clutch installed. Turns out that one of the metal guides that fit the tranny to the motor had worked it's way out and fell into my bell housing. I had it fixed right away but not after it did a number on my bell housing. It made that noise when I hit a bump or something because the clutch was picking it up and flinging it around.

The drill mod shouldn't affect anything like that. It just helps your line pressure. Let me know what happens at the dealership. Also, if you get a chance, check your bellhousing from the outside. I crawled under my car and could see all the dents like something was trying to bang its way out.

I would hope the "dented" housing was replaced.

I never replaced it because it's not going to hurt anything. It's not bent out of shape or anything. Just dime-sized dents and dings...about 3 or 4 of them. I bought another clutch because I thought it was falling appart. I was pretty surprised when I saw the guide floating around in the housing.

Does the noise stop when you press on the clutch, and start back time you get off the pedal.

i went to the dealership and it had not done it the last 2 days, so i thought i fixed it by doing the drill mod or tightening down all my exhasut bolts, but no.
ITs going back to the dealership on monday morning but im not sure what to tell them, they will probably want to hear it?

And no it seems to do it whenever i put the car in neutral (out of gear) im not sure if it does it in gear or not. the majority of the times it happens after WOT or hard shifting, after i take it out of the gear it was in.
