THat is the same thing that they allways tell me but they end up covering it as the break in was done properly.
HEre are some pics of what mine looked like after 1000 miles and about 15 trak passes.

As bad as that looked , they said it wore evenly so it was good. You have to respect that they are protecting there own buisness also when looking into it case by case. Also, Futral told me to take the spacer that SPec sends out from behind the slave cyl. that will cause it to where to faster. THat is for if you dont have a adjustable m/c.

I never used the spacer on my first clutch and it lasted for 3 hard years., Since then I have used the spacer and went through 3 clutches since June of 05

New clutch and Rebuilt trans is back in, I am still putting some break in miles on both so I cant tell how it is going to shift but I can say I like the feel of the 3+ clutch better then the stg 3. I will see how it does in a few days after a lot of driving.

SO far this clutch feels better then the stg 3 but hard to tell as it was notchy shifting . I just rebuil t the trans as well so I was not sure what was the deal so I blead the clutch tonight with my daugter pumping the clutch and holding it down while I worked the bleader underneath the car. This made a huge difference.

I can just about pluck the shifter from 2nd to 3rd now

Big thanks to SPec for hooking me up with the stg 3+ and to Allan Futral for building a very smooth shifting t56 for me.

I am still breaking in the clutch so I have not really banged the gears yet but dont know how much longer I can resist
