Need help with shifting on N20!!!!!
Need help with shifting on N20!!!!! Need some help guys? When runnin N/a i have no problem going into gear, but when i spray 100 wet cannt get car to go in 3rd gear.I have new hyd and cartek clutch. Also when srayin i slip the clutch cause in runnin a 10 bolt.. Could i be heating the clutch up to much on take off? Also does anyone know what the cartek cluch is rated at cause it feels like it slips when shifting.
When you say you can't get it into gear do you mean that the pedal is to the floor and you can't get disengagement? In the summer heat mine did that when I sprayed as well. Once it cooled off this fall it was fine....I lost some clutch pressure by the time I was going for the 3-4 shift, but I got it in ok.

no my cluch pedal is off the floor just wont go in gear. have to be ogg the gas then gently put it in gear.. Put it this way running 11.10 N/a put 100 shot to it and then it runs 11.00. something slipping. might change over to a th400.

I AM HAVING the same problem, running a 125 shot on a stock motor-new centerforce clutch, flywheel, slave and MC wont shift at high rpm. Mine has a lot of traped air in the MC. i hooked up a mity vac to the resv. pumped it up to 20psi and then pushed the clutch pedal in just to see a whole bunch of bubbles in the line. I havnt finshed trying to get all the air out yet so hopefully this will work for me
well today i take the car out and hour into it the car wont come out of 3rd gear. finally get it out wont go in first. later that night car was grinding going into 4th at high rs. Going to try to bleed clutch.
