I used a resurfaced stock flywheel with my powergrip hd and the engagement point seems to be within millimeters of stock at this point. I put about 50 miles on it and took it to the track this weekend. It held fine on 6500 rpm launches on et street radials.

Hey guys, i am considering this clutch for my H/C and 150 shot setup.....
do you think the clutch will hold up on the spray? This is the HD i am talking about.
I plan on resurfacing the stock flywheel and getting an adjustable master.
Does anyone have any issues power shifting at say 6600-6800 rpm?
I always did with my spec 3 setup in the past.

Is that what the powergrip hd has? If not what pressure plate and disk does it use?

about 1,000 miles so far, have been beatin the **** out of it on the street with the 150 hp jets, still holding up good, still get some chatter on take off, especially if I try to take off real slow without ridin the clutch too hard...... hopefully will make it to the track this weekend

I have the Ram HD also and it has alot more preasure then the stocker on the pedal, and yes driving in traffic gives the leg muscle a work out
It has a it of chatter on start up but it takes a little of finese and its good. No problems with it at all. Excellent clutch setup.
-I used the factory fly wheel ground .015 off.
-No shim needed...........have full pedal with no engage disengage problems.
-Drill mod done
-Factory master cylinder and slave
