I recently just destroyed the transmission, and I didn't even know. Just one day the transmission starts to grind 3 and 4 gears. Come to find out, all the synchros, all the bearings, 5 gear on the main shaft, shift fork pads, 3-4 synchro assembly, and input shaft are all trash. If anyone knows where I could get these parts cheap, or even a new or good condition used T56, please, let me know.

 

I got a rebuilt one from Valvegod.If you don`t need a bellhousing and shifter tell him and it will be cheaper. He rebuilt a 2001 M6 for me and it works great! E-mail him at Valvegod@aol.com
